As Service Manager and a Partner in CSG, Thomas is responsible for oversight of the Service Division as well as new business development as it relates to service and maintenance of new and existing security, fire and camera systems in both commercial and residential facilities. Thomas has over thirty years of experience in the Fire Alarm / Security industry. In those years Thomas has been factory trained on Notifier, Fire Control Instruments, Edwards System Technologies, Secutron and Silent Knight products, and has been exposed to many more.

CSG is now offering a new, internet-based, video security solution. Utilizing a customer's existing wired or wireless computer network, the system provides motion or event activated recording on remote servers hosted by Alarm.Com. floLogic now available through CSG
CSG is pleased to announce the addition of floLogic to its home automation offerings. Historically, we have been limited to detecting water with sensors in specific locations. While that is still good for many applications, it does leave a great deal of the home or building unprotected. The floLogic system works by sensing water flow in conjunction with the state of the security system (home or away) or via its own local control panel, and does not rely on any local sensors. In the home mode, it allows continuous water flow for 30 minutes (or any other programmable time). In the away mode, it will stop water flow after as little as 30 seconds.
